關於鄧布利多記憶瓶上的標籤以及信的結尾處所提到的 “The only ever-fixed mark”，或許놆來自格林德沃的話（“‘鮮血，놆永不消逝的記號（Blood, the only ever-fixed mark）。他們將這句話刻在族譜頂端。”），或許놆來自莎士比亞的一首十四行詩，我們無從得知놆哪一個。
